Usage and operation

uThere is commutating spark during motor operation. Since there is no anti-explosion measure, flammable and explosive air is prohibited in the working site.

uBefore usage, please make sure the rated voltage, rated load, rotating direction, duty cycle and environment condition confirm to Product Specification. If there is any discrepancy, please contact Chengfang sales engineer.  

uBefore operation, please make sure that the lead wire is securely connected. Also make sure the load moves smoothly without any restriction. Otherwise the motor will not run smoothly or, in the worst case, get burnt.

uYou can add protective devices to the motor according to its application, working site and installation requirement. The setting value should be validated by yourself. You can also contact Chengfang sales engineer for confirmation. Make sure the motor will not run abnormally.

uIf there is odour, heat (generally T＞80℃) and smoke observed, stop the motor immediately. Find out the abnormal reason and fix it before you go on using the motor.
